Chris Hemsworth paid tribute to a very special fan late Thursday evening.

The Thor star took time out of his busy schedule to shine a light on a very special boy named Amon, by sharing a gallery of heartwarming images.

In one image, Chris hugs Amon as he shows off his amazing strength wielding the Norse God’s famous hammer, Mjölnir.

In another touching image, Chris is seen having a chat with the little star as he listens intently to the action hero. 

Other frames see Chris introducing Amon to a snake, a serene image of Chris and his new mate enjoying a dip in the pool and frames of Amon and his family.

Chris captioned the gallery with some heartfelt words.

‘Meet my good mate Amon! One of Marvel’s best and most knowledgeable fans on the globe!’ he proudly began. 

‘The love and kindness that radiates from this young man is beyond inspirational and it’s been an absolute gift getting to know him and his family!’

Chris went on to thank and tag the Starlight Children’s Foundation for the introduction. 

‘Can’t wait for our next hang Amon!’ he concluded alongside a red love heart, praying hands and hang loose emoji. 

Chris’ post was soon inundated with comments from his 58million followers. 

‘He’s obviously worthy and possesses the power of Odin’s Son,’ wrote best selling author Jim Kwik.
